In rsachse/limnotools: Help Tools of TU Dresden's Limnology Workgroup

limnotools

A few helper tools for data analysis of aquatic systems. The most essential functions of this package are now included in package ''marelac'' that is available from CRAN (http://cran.r-project.org/package=marelac). Therefore, development of "limnotools" has been terminated. This repository serves for conservation and keeping old scripts running. Use with care!

Install the package

You can install the package directly from github by using the devtools package. If you don't already have devtools installed, type into the R command line:

install.packages("devtools")

Afterwards you can install limnotools by typing:

library(devtools)
install_github("rsachse/limnotools")

You also can download the source package or precompiled Windows binary packages from the github releases page.

Documentation

Documentation is not complete but you can get a documentation for some functions by typing into the R command line:

library(limnotools)
?limnotools
