genCentered: Simulates a centered careless respondent
In ryentes/rdy-dissertation-tools: Utilities used in the execution of my dissertation code

Given a vector of survey responses, an insert, and a number of items, this function simulates a centered careless respondent.

1	genCentered(x, floor = 1, ceiling = 7)

`x`	the length of the span of careless responses
`floor`	the lowest possible value for a response
`ceilingthe`	highest possible value for a response
