This function deletes a StaffEntityYear.
Usage

deleteStaffEntityYear(StaffEntityYearID, EntityID = 1)
Arguments
StaffEntityYearID
The id of the StaffEntityYear.
Run getAllStaffEntityYears for a list of StaffEntityYears.
EntityID
The id of the entity. Run getAllEntities for a list of entities.
Value
The id of the deleted StaffEntityYear.
