Downloads, updates and formats the data from the ipt server of the List of Species of the Brazilian Flora

Usage

update_flora(force_update = FALSE, manual = FALSE, zip_path = "flora_ipt")

Arguments

force_update	Logical. Force update in case there is already an ipt file in cache
manual	Logical. Perform manual update of the IPT flora from a zip file, defaults to FALSE but might be useful when download reaches timeout or the API is down
zip_path	Character Perform manual update of the IPT flora from a zip file
