schmettow/uncanny: researching the uncanny valley phenomenon
The uncanny valley phenomenon is a disruption in emotional judgement of faces on the humano-mechanical spectrum. Faces that are almost human-like cause the strongest aversion. This package provides simulation functions for the cognitive process under the theory of category confusion, as well as helper functions for polynomial regression.
