seabbs/trendsinpapers: Loads, Cleans and Analyses .RES Files of Academic Publications

Cleans and munges a .RES file of academic papers. Using this standard format, simple analysis functions allow trends in publications over time to be investigated, and the relationships between authors are visualised. A literature review of dynamic TB models is used as an example.
