Description

Use estimated offsets to time-correct MK9 data.

Usage

mk9_extinction(channel, survey, vessel, cruise, make.plots = TRUE)

Arguments

channel	Oracle connection as an RODBC connection object.
survey	RACE survey code as a character vector.
vessel	RACE vessel code a numeric vector.
cruise	RACE cruise code as a numeric vector.
make.plots	Should cast plots be written to pdf?
