sebschub/dcepucp: Generate an urban canopy parameters file for DCEP
This package facilitates the generation of a NetCDF urban canopy parameter file for DCEP as implemented in COSMO-CLM 5. Consistency checks of the input fields are done. The NetCDF file includes the correct dimension and variables including a standard set of attributes. Propoerties of the rotated north pole are stored as well.
