Description

This method looks for monoisotopic peaks in a MassPeaks object.

Arguments

object	a MassPeaks object or a list of MassPeaks objects
chargeState	z, charge states used to look for isotopic pattern
isotopicDistance	z, distance between two isotopic mass (chargeState == 1)
tolerance	allowed difference (in Dalton) between measured and calculated isotopic mass
intensityTolerance	allowed difference between measured and calculated isotopic intensities
SNR	double, minimal signal-to-noise ratio of most intense peak in an isotopic pattern. (default: averagineTable)
referenceTable	data.frame, reference table of isotopic pattern (default: averagineTable)
