All the files in this directory were downloaded from here and processed with these scripts: 1-assign_cont_score and 3-assign_CMS.

In this script, we selected 7 candidate RAVs potentially useful for CRC data analysis, and combined the scores from them into the phenoData of original ExpressionSet objects.

Figures

All the manuscript Figures are stored under this folder.

data/results/model_comparison/CMS

Raw data for the boxplots are saved under this directory. .csv files combine individual files saved in the folder with the same name.
