gtexTiss(endpoint = URL_hsds(), svrtype = "hsds",

Arguments
endpoint
endpoint URL of remote server
svrtype
type of server, must be either 'hsds' or 'h5serv'
dsetname
complete internal path to dataset in H5 file
Value
SummarizedExperiment instance
