PerformPowerProfiling(mSetObj=NA, fdr.lvl, smplSize)
Arguments
mSetObj
Input the name of the created mSetObj (see InitDataObjects)
fdr.lvl
Specify the false-discovery rate level.
smplSize
Specify the maximum sample size, the number must be between 60-1000.
