CIcomputeR
is a simple package containing functions to calculate the Chou-Talalay combination indices for drug combination data.
CIcomputeR
is now available as an R Shiny web application: https://brianjmpark.shinyapps.io/cicomputer/
To install CIcomputeR
, simply run in your R console:
