Arguments

classification	Antibiotic classification
pathogen	Pathogen name (Kleborate)
indeterminate	c("R", "S"), default is "I"
removeCarbapenem	default is FALSE; remove Carbapenem resitant samples
onlyCarbapenem	default is FALSE
removeQuinPen	default is TRUE
