If the voxel size is much smaller than DBH a simple voxelization will not reconsider the space inside the stem.

Arguments
input_vox
Voxelmodel of the trees stem segment (X,Y,Z)
Value
Voxelmodel with added and marked (TRUE, FALSE) shadow voxel.
