Cooler hic version of BandNorm (Thanks skelviper for supporting the code!)
Description
This function allows you to calculate the BandNorm normalization using the inputs that are cooler .mcool format. (We might also add .scool format.)
Usage
bandnorm_cooler(coolerPath, resolution, cellname = NULL)
