mySweep: Sweep Function
In stacyste/RegressionPkg: Performs Common Regression Analyses (Lasso, Ridge, PCA, OLS)

This function performs sweep operations on a matrix in order to give the negative inverse

1	mySweep(A, m)

`A`	a square matrix
`m`	the number of pivot elements in A
`lambda`	regularization parameter for lambda >= 0

Returns a swept matrix

1 2	A <- rbind(c(-13, 14, -2), c(0, 2, 2), c(3, 9, -7)) mySweep(A, 3)
