Description
A small dataset containing raw reads of finches visiting feeders (RFID
loggers) on Thompson Rivers University campus in Kamloops, BC, Canada
Usage
finches
Format
A data frame with 412 rows and 10 variables:
- animal_id
Unique RFID tag attached to a finch
- date
Date of the read
- time
Time of read
- logger_id
Unique id of logger where read was made
- species
Individual species
- age
Individual age
- sex
Individual sex, if known
- site_name
Site name of the observation
- lat
Latitude
- lon
Longitude
