Parse a table of
Combined Nomenclature Code changes obtained from EUROSTAT Ramon.
The two functions subsequent_codes
and previous_codes
look
for all the subsequent (or previous) codes of a given product code.
They return a table with dates for each code transition.
the function subsequent_and_previous_codes
binds the two tables above
to provide all ancestor codes and a descendant codes.
vector_of_subsequent_and_previous_codes
Creates a vector of unique codes.
