create.window: Create a window

In tbonne/netTS: netTS: network time series

Description

This function will generate a window from a larger event dataframe, based on the time of the events

Usage

create.window(data, start, end)

Arguments

data	dataframe containing all events
start	the starting time of the window
end	the ending time of the window
