thlytras/rfgfs: Flight planner and companion package for FlightGear
Automatically plans a route between two airports, using the airway and navaid data that ship with FlightGear, and writes this flight plan to a csv or kml file (that can be opened with Google Earth). Also includes functions to communicate with FlightGear, calculate magnetic declination using the same formula that FlightGear (via SimGear) uses, and various others. FOR FLIGHT SIMULATION USE ONLY - NOT FOR REAL WORLD NAVIGATION.
