Description
Either checks of all files for a rootname exist, or returns a specific suffix
Usage
check_rootname(rootname, software = "plink", suffix = "all")
Arguments
rootname
rootname
software
Either "plink" or "gcta"
suffix
Either "all" or a specific suffic
Value
Character string
