ASreml R-wrapper

Installation

The package depends on: plyr dplyr data.table, stringr * RLinuxModules

All dependency packages can be installed with install.packages() or use devtools::install_git() if problems with eg. R-version.

#install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_git(url = "https://github.com/timknut/asremlParallel", branch = "master")

Copy updated asreml_parallel.R from: /mnt/users/tikn/Projects/R-packages/asremlParallel/asreml_parallel.R
