Format genotypes data frame. Make random subset of markers if fraction = TRUE.
Find common pheno/geno animals.
Usage

subset_common(x, fraction = FALSE, pheno)
Arguments
x
plink raw format data frame.
fraction
Locical. Will pick a random fraction of markes for
pheno
data.table. data.table with phenotype data.
testing if TRUE. Default [FALSE]
