#' Subject perceived condition
#'
#' Officer perception of subject's condition.
#'
#' This data is extracted from the \code{PerceivedCondition} field in
#' \code{use_of_force_raw}.
#'
#' There may be multiple rows in this table linking to a single incident or
#' a single subject.
#'
#' When an incident is associated to more than one subject, there is no reliable
#' way of associating rows in this table to individual subjects. The source
#' field is a comma separated list, and the \code{index} column in this
#' table indicates the position in the list (1 = first position).
#'
#' The perceived condition will be one of the following:
#' \itemize{
#'  \item "Under influence of drugs/alcohol/both": Subject appears under the influence of drugs, alcohol, orsome combination.
#'  \item "Potential Mental Health Incident": Subject appears to be experiencing a potential mental healthincident.
#'  \item "Other unusual condition noted": Subject displays some other unusual condition.
#'  \item "No unusual condition noted": Subject does not display any unusual condition.
