creategapflag adds a flag to gaps that are longer than
gaple. Used to be called cleanaftergaps.
Usage

creategapflag(df, reso, gaple = 12 * (60/reso))
Arguments
df
input data.frame.
gaple
specify minimum length of gap for flagging.
