plot_cum_percent: Plot Cumulative Percent of Terms
In trinker/termco: Counts of Terms and Substrings

Plot a cumulative percentage of terms for frequent terms.

1	plot_cum_percent(x, rotate.term = TRUE, ...)

`x`	A `frequent_terms` object.
`rotate.term`	logical. If `TRUE` the term labels will be rotated 45 degrees.
`...`	ignored.
