Description
Calibrate fluorescence measurements
Usage
to_mef(flow_frame, flu_channels, calibration_parameters, normalise)
Arguments
flow_frame
a flowFrame for processing
flu_channels
a vector of strings of the fluorescence channels to keep
in the processed data and plotting. Defaults to "BL1-H".
calibration_parameters
parameters of a model returned by
get_calibration(...)
normalise
Boolean flag to indicate if data has been normalised
