uhlitz/idconv: Conversion of gene IDs

This package contains wrapper functions to easily convert gene identifiers from sources included in the org.Hs.eg.db or other org.*.eg.db packages. Convert from SYMBOL to ENTREZID for the gene FOS like this: SYMBOL_to_ENTREZID("FOS"). Conversions are without any warranty.
