INSTALLATION
devtools::install_github("utnesp/Easy-bioMart")
devtools::install_github("utnesp/cumulative.plot.R")
library(cum.plot)
USAGE
The function requires a .txt file or data.frame where row.names are ensembl_gene_identifiers ("ENSG").
The output will look like (after some editing in Adobe):
