A binary data matrix

freq

A vector of frequencies.

Initial values for the row coordinates.

Dimension of the solution.

Number of nodes for the gaussian quadrature

tol

Tolerance

maxiter

Maximum number of iterations.

penalization

Penalization for the fit (ridge)
