In xvtyzn/ider:
ider
This package is a test version of the polaris package. The polaris
package provides a set of useful functions for single cell genome
analysis, and this package is designed to test and investigate some of
them for inclusion in polaris.
Installation
You can install the development version of ider like so:
devtools::install_github("xvtyzn/ider")
Example
This is a basic example which shows you how to solve a common problem:
