In xvtyzn/interpro2genevis: Package for visualization of gene structures from interproscan and gff results

interpro2genevis

The purpose of interpro2genevis is to create a combined result of drawProteins, ggenomes, and ggtree from the results of gff and interproscan.

Installation

You can install the released version of interpro2genevis from Github with:

devtools::install_github("xvtyzn/interpro2genevis")
