hknorm: A normalization function
In yuanjing-ma/normtestpackage: The package can be used to normalize metagenomics data and perform two-stage differential abundance test
Description
This function allows you to calculate normalized OTU table.
Usage
1
hknorm(OTU_table, size_factor)
Arguments
OTU_table
pool for OTUs which will be tested for differential abundance in form of OTUs x Samples
size_factor
size factors of all samples for normalization use
