Produce a Gibbs sample of standard deviation of Weibull log scale parameters in a given state

Usage

sample_std_logscale(log_scale, mean_log_scale, std, nsubj, prior_hc_scale,
  prop_std, s)

Arguments

log_scale	a vector of Weibull log scale parameters for all subjects in the given state
mean_log_scale	a vector of means of Weibull log scale parameters for all subjects in the given state
std	current value of the standard deviation
nsubj	total number of subjects
prior_hc_scale	scale parameter of half-Cauchy prior
prop_std	a vector of random walk proposal standard deviations for all states
s	a specific state

A sample from the full conditional of standard deviation of Weibull log scale parameter in a given state
