This package is design to analyse species community using hierarchical models. The package is based on the work of Ovaskainen and Soininen (2011) and generalize some aspect of the developments made within what was proposed in the paper. The package can perform linear as well as non-linear regression analysis. ** Future: It is meant to include models where species traits and phylogeny can also be considered.
