Description

GPI is the average of all penalties assigned to each patient accordinng to his blood glucose value at each time point based on the optimized smooth penalty function.

Usage

	gpi(object, ...)

Arguments

object

an object of class SVILD.

...

not used here.

Value

a data frame contains:

ID

unique ID.

GPI

GPI values.

HYPO_perc

Percentage of hypoglycemia.

HYPER_perc

Percentage of hyperglycemia.
