biclustRank: Ranking of biclusters using another data source
Evaluation and re-ranking of gene-expression based biclusters according to another source of compound information, e.g. the chemical structure, target prediction, bioactivity data, etc. This is with the advantage of prioritizing subset of compounds with very similar profiles across data sources.
