assignevent(ped, inc, risk, yr, sex, type, fam.rel) 

Arguments

ped	an object storing pedigree information
inc	an object specifying population (age-specific) incidence rates of the condition or disease of interest for the simulated year
risk	multiplication value of the population incidence rates
yr	year for which to assign incident disease/event
sex	1/2 values - gender specification (1 = males, 2 = females)
type	familial model of disease aggregation to choose from ("rr", "or", "agesprr", "agespor")
fam.rel	familial relationship of disease/event aggregation to choose from
