Call the shared library of SALMO

Usage

call_salmodll(cfunc, nOfVar, cc, pp, uu, xx)

Arguments

cfunc	string, name of the C function to be called
nOfVar	vector with number of variables
cc	vector of constants for the model
pp	matrix of phytoplankton parameters
uu	input vector (environmental conditions)
xx	state vector

Value

list, contains (1) past state and derivatives separated into (2) source and (3) sink term and (4) modified inputs
