searchGroupCNVs: Choose a number of CN groups

In CNVrd2: CNVrd2: a read depth-based method to detect and genotype complex common copy number variants from next generation sequencing data.

Description

Choose a number of CN groups by using Bayesian Information Criterion (Schwarz, 1978).

Usage

searchGroupCNVs(Object, ...)

Arguments

Object	An object of class clusteringCNVs.
...	Optional arguments.

Value

Groups	General information.
nComponents	A suitable number of components.
