Its rows correspond to human genes, and its columns, to every ChIP-Seq
experiment in the database. The values are 1 <e2><80><93> if the ChIP-Seq
has a peak assigned to that gene <e2><80><93> or 0 <e2><80><93> if it hasn<e2><80><99>t <e2><80><93>.
