In Arothron: Geometric Morphometric Methods and Virtual Anthropology Tools
Arothron
Tools for Geometric Morphometrics and Virtual Anthropology. The package includes tools of Virtual Anthropology to build virtual cavities as endocasts, to align two disarticulated models belonging to the same specimen, and functions to import and export format files into another format.
To install the Development version (beta) of Arothron R-package from Github using devtools:
install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("Arothron/Arothron",local=FALSE)
Try the Arothron package in your browser
