bootRun-class: Class "bootRun"

In DMwR: Functions and data for "Data Mining with R"

Description

This is the class of the objects storing the results of a bootstrap experiment.

Objects from the Class

Objects can be created by calls of the form bootRun(...). The objects contain information on the learner evaluated in the holdout experiment, the predictive task that was used, the holdout settings, and the results of the experiment.

Object of class "learner"

dataset:

Object of class "task"

settings:

Object of class "bootSettings"

foldResults:

Object of class "matrix" with the results of the experiment. The rows represent the different repetitions of the experiment while the columns the different statistics evaluated on each iteration.
