Description
Plot mean validation scores over time for the results returned by
Findbp, including 95% confidence intervals.
Usage
plotSAtest(sa_results, ylim = c("auto", "auto"))
Arguments
sa_results
Output list from Findbp.
ylim
Numeric length-2 vector (ymin, ymax). Default: c("auto","auto").
Details
This function uses ggplot2 and tidyverse-style data manipulation.
Ensure required packages are installed.
Value
A ggplot2 object.
