varp(obj, ...)

## S4 method for signature 'binClstPath'
varp(obj, lims = NULL, ...)

## S4 method for signature 'matrix'
varp(obj, lims = NULL, ...)

Arguments

obj

Either a matrix or a binClstPath_instance.

...

Parameter lims is optional.

lims

A numeric vector with lower and upper bounds to limit the plot.

Details

If obj is a matrix, axes labels are automatically generated from the colnames() of the matrix, hence they can be changed as desired.

If obj is a binClstPath_instance it plots the values of the intermediate computations saved in slots [email protected] (span times), [email protected] (distances) and [email protected] (local heading directions).
