Arguments
rho.emp
target correlation between occurences
Qtrans.mat
transition probabilities, 2 x ncomb matrix
mat.comb
matrix of logical: ncomb x nlag
nLag
order of the Markov chain
nChainFit
length of the simulated chains used during the fitting

needed correlation
