Produce the autocorrelation panel for the TS diagnostic plot of
a parameter
Description
Produce a vanilla ACF plot using acf for
the parameter of interest (rho or eta) as part of
TS_diagnostics_plot.
Usage
autocorr_plot(x)
Arguments
x
Vector of parameter values drawn from the posterior distribution,
indexed to the iteration by the order of the vector.
Value
NULL.
Examples
autocorr_plot(rnorm(100, 0, 1))
