Description
TIC for all samples in a msbatch
Usage
plotticmsbatch(msbatch, rt, colorbygroup = TRUE)
Arguments
msbatch
msbatch
rt
numeric vector with the RT range to be plotted
colorbygroup
logical. If TRUE, samples will be coloured based on their
sample group (from metadata).
