Plot retention time deviation
Description
Plot retention time deviation of an aligned msbatch
Usage
rtdevplot(msbatch, colorbygroup = TRUE)
Arguments
msbatch
aligned msbatch.
colorbygroup
logical. If TRUE, samples will be coloured based on their
sample group (from metadata).
